Production of FDG, a wide variety of Fluorine-18 and fluorinated compounds


A flexible and completely automated synthesis system dedicated for routine production of FDG. The customer can select an FDG production program by either acid or basic hydrolysis. The machine is designed for the use of purification cartridges for both acid and basic hydrolysis available on the market. The machine can also be used for the production of a wide variety of Fluorine-18 labelled compounds by nucleophilic substitution.

There are two independent sets of a single synthesis unit with allowing two FDG productions with one setup. The two reaction vessels are made of glassy carbon to facilitate reliable high yield productions of FDG or fluoride compounds with high specific activity.
